Sofia knew that she had a choice to make. She could turn back, return to the safety of her own world. Or she could press on, into the heart of darkness.
The darkness seemed to grow thicker, more oppressive, as she walked. Sofia stumbled, her foot catching on something unseen. She fell hard, the wind knocked out of her.
The reflection smiled, its eyes glinting with approval. “Then let us begin,” it said.
“Who are you?” Sofia asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

And with that, Sofia’s journey into the heart of darkness began. She knew that she would never be the same again, that she would emerge changed, forever altered by the secrets she uncovered.
The darkness closed in around her, and Sofia disappeared into its depths. The reflection watched her go, a smile still playing on its lips.
“You’re not ready for this,” the reflection said, its voice dripping with malice. “But you’ll have to be. The journey ahead will be fraught with danger, and you’ll need to confront your deepest fears.”
