I keep seeing people download a file named something like RO2_Heroes_of_Stalingrad_English_Patch.epub and then panic because they don’t know how to install it, or they try to drop it into the game folder and nothing happens.
If anyone actually has a legitimate, working manual localization patch for the old Russian retail DVD, link it below – but please, no .epub files. End of post.
