The scandal began when allegations emerged of irregularities and corruption within the HOA. Residents and stakeholders claimed that the HOA had been engaging in questionable practices, including embezzlement of funds and favoritism towards certain individuals.

An investigation was launched into the allegations, and it was discovered that several high-ranking officials within the HOA had been involved in the irregularities. Description:	Adversaries may modify access tokens to operate under a different user or system security context to perform actions and bypass access controls. Windows uses access tokens to determine the ownership of a running process. A user can manipulate access tokens to make a running process appear as though it is the child of a different process or belongs to someone other than the user that started the process. When this occurs, the process also takes on the security context associated with the new token.

Description:	Adversaries may inject code into processes in order to evade process-based defenses as well as possibly elevate privileges. Process injection is a method of executing arbitrary code in the address space of a separate live process. Running code in the context of another process may allow access to the process's memory, system/network resources, and possibly elevated privileges. Execution via process injection may also evade detection from security products since the execution is masked under a legitimate process.
